Where do you ship?

We currently ship Australia-wide with Australia Post. International shipping is coming soon — join our newsletter to hear first.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–8 business days after dispatch and Express 1–4 business days, depending on your location. Every order includes tracking.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all tags attached. For change of mind we offer an exchange or store credit; faulty items are refunded in full. See our full return policy.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email support@dontrush.com.au with your order number and we’ll take care of you.

Sizing

What size should I get?

Our pieces run true to size and come in S, M and L. Check the Size Guide for measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the lounge pieces and staying true to size for leggings and sports bras (they’re designed with compression).

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as possible at support@dontrush.com.au and we’ll do our best to catch it.

I received the wrong or a faulty item

We’re sorry! Email us with a photo and your order number and we’ll make it right straight away — replacement or full refund, and we cover the return postage.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
