Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Australia with Australia Post.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery within Australia

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Typical delivery times with Australia Post:

Standard: 2-8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location
Express: 1-4 business days after dispatch

Delivery to regional and remote areas can take a little longer.

Tracking

Every order includes Australia Post tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your parcel seems lost, contact us at support@dontrush.com.au and we'll chase it up for you.
