RETURNS & REFUND POLICY


REFUNDS


We offer returns and refunds on most items. Items must be returned within 20 days of delivery date. Items must be in original condition (unwashed, unworn and not damaged.) To organise a return, please contact support@dontrush.com.au

We don’t offer refunds if you simply change your mind, or the item does not fit, in this event, we can offer an exchange for another size or item, or a store credit to use at a later date. 

All returned items will be inspected by customer services staff before being approve for refund/exchange. Any returned items received that are deemed unsatisfactory will not be accepted, and will be sent back to you at your own expense. 

We do not provide refunds on postage. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded. 

Shipping for returns is at the expense of the customer. You will be required to cover the cost of postage to Don’t Rush. Don’t Rush is not responsible for any item that is lost or damaged whilst in transit, so we recommend you use resided post such as pre-paid Australia Post. If you are located in WA, you can bring any return to our Click & Collect location but you must follow the same step above in contacting a Don’t Rush customer service member to organise your return. 

  • We do not offer refunds on orders processed through Afterpay. (However, we can do an exchange or store credit)
  • No returns or exchange on sale items, All sales of Sale or Discounted items are final. 

EXCHANGES 

We offer exchanges on ALL items except damaged or washed items and orders over 14 days of delivery date. To organise a return, please contact support@dontrush.com.au

If a customer is exchanging items, the customer is required to:

  • pay postage when sending the items back to us.
  • We will cover postage when sending the exchange items back to the customer from Don't Rush.

 Don’t Rush is not responsible for any item that is lost or damaged whilst in transit, so we recommend you use resided post such as pre-paid Australia Post.



RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?

If items are damaged or defective in any way please contact us at support@dontrush.com.au as soon as you discover the fault (please provide detailed photos of the fault where possible. We do offer exchange/return or a full refund, including postage. Items deemed faulty past 30 days may be denied. 

CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS

Please be aware, all clearance sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Any items that are returned to Don't Rush that are on clearance sale will be sent back to you.

If we have made an error on your order, we will reimburse you for any return shipping costs.

We handle all returns and process refunds in accordance with Consumer Law. Our liability for our products is limited to: the supplying of the products or services to you again; the replacement of the products; or the payment of the cost of having the products or services supplied to you again.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately on +61 416 432 19 during business hours or email us at support@dontrush.com.au. Orders can only be cancelled if Don’t Rush is contacted prior to shipping. Thereafter, customers must follow the Returns policy.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
