SHIPPING INFO

Operating hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), it takes 1-2 business days for orders to be shipped.
All shipping will include a tracking number which will be sent through to you via the email you placed your order with.
Delivery Times:
Australian Standard 3-8 Business Days, flat rate $7.95
Australia Express 1-4 Business Days, flare rate $10.95
*Time frame above does not include order processing time.
Note that shipping time may vary according to Australia Post and Courier time frames and zones.
Shipping times will vary depending on your delivery location. Rural addresses may take more time.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
SHIPPING/ITEMS NOT RECEIVED
If you authorise the courier to leave your parcel without a signature and you cannot locate it, Don't Rush cannot be held accountable if the delivery goes missing and you will need to process a claim via your bank.
If you did not authorise a drop off (no signature) please contact us and we will sort it out.
RETURNING ITEMS
The items are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Don't Rush. Don't Rush will not issue a refund to items that have been misplaced or lost in transit. View our Returns and Refund policy here.
